On my road-trip around the US, this was one of the most interesting natural features, It looks like that Rock is balanced up there, but it's not. It's actually part of the column below. The wind and sandstorms will eventually weaken it enough to cause it to fall. When, no one knows, Months, years, decades, a couple of centuries? I especially like the colors of the layers of the canyon walls behind this which create their own beauty and almost present an auditorium for the performance.
